The Last Habit of Highly Effective People


When I was younger once my father said,"When you're feeling exhausted, take a rest, look at the trees and green scenery outside your study place."

Now, I'm not sure if he can remember words that he said.

Looking at nature can be very calming and soothing to the mind and body.

The final habit from Dr. Stephen Covey teaching is to Sharpen the Saw. This body of ours including the mind needs occasional rest to be refreshed.

Exercising, sleeping, meditating, enjoying the natural scenery all qualified as the methods that will keep ourself rejuvenated.
